Okay, so I'm clearly not a natural born song writer, nor is my claim to fame as a blogger.

 

I grew up in New York City, had a happy and enriched childhood, went to college in Rhode Island (where I fell in love with Newport), completed my post-graduate degree a few years later, and then moved to London  after the end of a long relationship and getting bored of NY. Six years later, I still live in London, but now reside with my husband, Gary, my dog, Madeline, and our baby son, Julian, although I still consider Maddie my first born.

 

I am a conservation architect (in short, I fix old buildings), who loves rescue animals and would own a farm if I could. I also love gardening, travelling, lobster rolls, and waking up at ungodly hours of the morning to work out. I have a fascination with llamas, thorougly enjoy baking, and pride myself on having a wardrobe that is 80% J.Crew, and 100% of which was purchased at more than 50% off.
